Wouldn’t it be nice to learn how to find a more positive way through your grief?
To help you on your healing journey, and to overcome some of the challenges you face, I want to share the five top things that helped me rebuild, re-discover, re-focus and move towards a life I love, taking my loss with me, not moving away from it.
Meet Karen Sutton, the UK's first Widow Coach.
Karen is a widow, a mum, a health coach, a life coach and a grief coach. She is also the host of The Widow Podcast, the first UK podcast specifically for those who have lost a life partner.
Through her own experiences with loss, Karen knows first-hand how challenging it is trying to navigate your way through grief and wants to help people re-imagine and rebuild a full and vibrant life after loss.
In this gentle email series, you will learn to....
- Feel less overwhelmed and more able to cope with the reality of your loss
- Understand your grief so it feels less frightening, chaotic, and out of control
- Begin trusting yourself again, even when everything feels uncertain
- Gently support your body and energy through the exhaustion of grief
- Feel less alone, and find safe ways to let others in

When you find someone who "gets it", you hang on tight. Working with Karen has not only opened my eyes to the possibility of living (vs. existing), and given me tools to help me try to do it.... she's also been helpful with the myriad of emotions that come up along the way. She shares her journey and wisdom learned as a young widow.

I found Karen at a very low point in my grieving after my husband passed away. Karen’s podcasts helped me so much that I subscribed to her monthly widows support group. Karen provides invaluable support and information on grieving positively, creating a new life, and also provides a conduit to others in the same position.
