Are you struggling under the burdensome weight of your grief?
Are you feeling isolated and cut off from those around you?
Are you longing to find your place in a world you no longer recognise?
YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I PROMISE. I´VE BEEN WHERE YOU ARE. 🌻
When you lose your partner, your world implodes and on top of struggling with the physical and emotional havoc that grief causes, you may also find yourself disconnecting from family and friends. Despite their very best intentions, you may find they’re not able to provide you with the support and understanding you need. Let’s face it, they haven’t been where you are. They haven’t experienced, first-hand, the loss of a partner.
"We don´t heal in isolation, but in community"
-S. KELLEY HARRELL
When you join my membership, you’ll be joining a community of people who ‘get it,’ who’ve walked in your shoes and who understand your pain. Along with regular coaching calls, you’ll get the chance to share your own story, express your feelings freely and receive the support and validation you’ve been searching for.
Together, we’ll talk through our stumbling blocks, explore our hopes and fears about the future and celebrate our ‘wins,’ however small. We’ll lean on each other as we remember our loved ones and in doing so, we’ll create a safe, positive space for our grief, one that acknowledges and accommodates everything that shows up for us and propels us towards a brighter and more peaceful future.
Here are just some of the topics we cover
Asking yourself better questions
Teaching ourselves self-compassion
Grieving more positively
Rebuilding relationships with those around us
How others can support us
Re-imagining our new ‘normal’
Leaning into moments of joy

It is easy to think that there is a timeline and that you may be “doing it wrong” but Karen has been able to advise ways of thinking about how to navigate our grief and to be able to assure us that there is no one size fits all. I feel as though Karen has become a real friend and will always value her compassion, clarity of delivering her messages and her ability to draw us all together on our journeys.
Karen’s group Re-member is unique. It feels close and intimate. Along with Karen’s wonderful support and insights, we each have the opportunity to support each other throughout our journey. Karen herself, despite dealing with her own loss and grief, is so personable and compassionate-almost like having a close friend who has empathy for my situation despite us never having met.
The group makes you feel warm and relaxed and I find myself opening up. I always feel like a weight has been lifted once the zoom meeting is over. The Facebook group is great in between the meetings to put all your feelings down and someone is always there to respond with support. This group really is the best thing that had happened to me since I lost my husband 7 months ago.
Having our membership zoom meetings on my calendar gives me something to look forward to. The wisdom, laughter and insight I takeaway each time is priceless. The other women are a pleasure to spend time with while Karen’s guidance is professional, warm and real. There’s no doubt that being part of this membership is exactly where I need to be right now on this journey.
